Ralph H. Fondeur, MBA - President,
Has primary operating responsibility for merger, acquisitions and business divestiture. Until 1992, he was Managing Partner of the FBP Group, a private investment holding company specializing in corporate buyouts and privatization acquisitions. His responsibilities included the identification and evaluation of acquisition candidates as well as negotiation, capital formation, IPO preparation and monitoring of acquired company performance.
He previously held senior management positions with Colgate Palmolive Co., most recently as Director of Capital Investments and Director, International Treasury. involving analysis and decision making for multi-million dollar investments and acquisitions. As head of Information Technology, he directed acquisitions and managed activities in 53 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and the Americas.
Previously, he managed International Resource Planning at American Standard and was Group VP, Information Systems for Chase Chemical Bank. He has served on several civic and corporate boards and on the Economic Affairs Committee of the National Association of Manufacturers.
Mr. Fondeur holds an MBA degree in Finance with honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Engineering Science and Mathematics from CUNY. He has completed further advanced training at the Graduate Facility of the New School and the University of Delaware

Specializing in purchase analysis, verification of sellers history and financials, R.O.I and identifying new acquisitions.
Since 2000 handled Risk and Fraud management, process improvement analysis for major fortune 500 companies. Previously held position as General Manager for a Brunswick Corporation Subsidiary where he managed annual budgets, daily financials, profit and loss control and sales/marketing.
An active member of the ACFE since 2004 and a graduate of University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
